“Universe Holding” is a subsidiary of Bierre Lumiere Holding - a Swiss investment company (privately owned joint-stock company) created to invest in real estate properties worldwide.

“Universe Holding” opening was designed to deal with issues involving the financing and management of real estate projects in Saint-Petersburg.

Mission statement

The company views its mission as the implementation of European-grade premium and business-class projects featuring the use of cutting-edge construction technologies and top-quality building materials.

The company does not participate in mega-projects, which have become problematic given the ongoing economic crisis. In order to achieve the best-possible return on investment, we take on smaller and medium-sized projects in various segments of the real estate market that take into account all manner of economic risks.
